I found this company during the pandemic and honestly its great the customer service is always helpful and friendly and the items are always what is advertised if they do have to replace something its always of equal or greater value. Always packed well and discreetly. Will 100% stay a customer.

When I contacted customer service as it had been 10 day since making my order without receiving any communication from Hemper that the order had been processed, I was told that the product came from an outside seller and they could not do anything. I am researching how fraud applies in terms of not letting your customers know they are not purchasing from Hemper when purchasing from the Hemper website and not abiding by their own words regarding shipping.

Love this company . I ordered a subscription box . Every month I get great items . They had a few delays due to material worldwide shortages . However ever since had been coming on time and saves me lots of money with the coolest products .

I thought I had found what I wanted but once I ordered it (for almost $200) it took over a week for them to even get it shipped from the warehouse! I asked them 5 days in to cancel the order so I could order somewhere else and they refused stating that the address label had already been printed. What? Who cares if a label has been printed or not? Throw the damn thing away! Then the thing still didn't get mailed out for days! I got screwed by this company who doesn't give a ** about it's customers

Gabriella provided excellent customer service. I was missing the glass bowl that was meant to come with my order, they went ahead and got another one set up for me and it's in the process of shipping right now. I had everything else I was meant to in my order. The response was fairly quick, and professional. I definitely plan to order again in the future!

Quick I got useful information quickly and I got the help that I needed .
