SuperReviews of hellosuper.com

I recently used the rekeying service after purchasing a new home and I couldn’t be more impressed. The process was smooth, quick, and incredibly convenient. The technician was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that everything was done efficiently and to my satisfaction.

Truly the worst. Our furnace originally went out on December 1st and that's when we notified Super. Due to Super's paper process. It takes 2-3 days before a provider comes out. If they need to repair something it takes another 2-3 days for Super to approve the fix and then got the person to come out again. Long story short, Super sent two different HVAC providers and neither could figure out how to fix the furnace. The true issue is that with Super's review process, we were without heat for 45 days. On top of that, to get a provider that could fix the issue I had to call Super 4 different times since the first 3 people didn't help get us a new provider. Faster and easier to go with an individual company vs using super, especially for something like a furnace. Super provided us no value. Update - super put a comment on my review that the issue was resolved in the comments. While this is correct, it took 45 days to get it fixed, took 3 different service providers, and then it took me urgently calling Super 4 times in one day (spent over 90 minutes on the phone with 4 different people) to actually get someone out who could fix the furnace. On top of that is was a simple fix that took 20 minutes, something the two previous Super providers couldn't figure out.

Super has an easy-to-use website interface and phone app interface, which makes scheduling maintenance easy. All of the technicians that worked on our house were very professional, knowledgeable, & explained the issues with excellent preventative advice to keep issues from propping up in the future. The downside is that Super will not schedule technicians during the weekend or holidays. Therefore, Murphy’s law says that issues will present themselves on Friday evening of a 3-day weekend where Super will not respond (unless pipe burst) until Tuesday and schedule someone for Wednesday at the earliest. This has happened to us twice in 4 years. I also encourage you to read the Terms of Coverage (Declarations Page) as the home warranty does NOT cover everything in your house.

Had a water-main valve that started leaking. Super got a plumber out quickly to evaluate, and after a quick assessment, agreed to the charges and everything was fixed up. No complaints!

Easy to work with this company and their vendors are top notch

I love love love Super. It’s been an awesome experience for the last 5.5 years.

Customer service responded in a timely manne provide sufficient knowledge regarding my issues. The app on my iPhone is very convenient and intuitive providing email on text messages as needed.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning after a pet accident. I scheduled online and the times available were within a couple of days. The cleaner Super sent was great. On time, and cleaned the stain and the room.
