Super has always provided great service and great technicians. Their follow-up is also excellent.

We will never get home warranty with super ever again. It has taken 2 weeks to get our AC/heater fixed and it’s not even summer. Super puts the blame on the contractor and the contractor puts the blame back. They are supposed to have the top contractors but have the complete opposite. Had Mr. Ace mechanical sent out by super warranty and their technician tried to charge us $500-600 to “clean the AC” or the warranty “wouldn’t approve the part”. Had a 2nd opinion come in that said they were lying and didn’t need to be cleaned.

I am very happy with Hello Super. They handled my service request fast and efficiently. The plumber was knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. I recommend Hello Super hands down.

Quick and easy support to resolve my HVAC issue

Super has always been a good one to go to for me. My only challenge has been communication at times, but when I work with them my issues get resolved. If there's an appliance that needs to be replaced they do it equitably and swiftly. I would recommend them well over other home warranty companies.

Quick response time and good service.

I had a water heater issue and set up an appt. With super, Summit Plumbing came out, looked at it, checked voltage said it was alright and told me to call them if it still has problems, this struck me as strange. The problem kept getting worse so I called Super and explained what happened, they said they will open another claim. I told them that this was the second time I had issues with Summit plumbing not doing anything to fix the problem, seems they just come to look at it first, and I wanted a different plumbing co. They assigned my problem to Arid plumbing, the tech showed up, listened to what I said has happened, tested the system and told me that the heater coil was faulty and the thermostat was bad. He went to his truck, got the parts, and in 45 minutes it was fixed. He even stayed till the water heated up, checking the temp at the faucet. I’ve used a lot of different home warranty companies over the past 20 years and I must say Super is the best I’ve seen, they listen to what you say and work with you to get you the right repair company to fix your problem.

I used their rekey service and it was great. On time when promised, very pleasant service man, fair price. I hope to use this company again.
