Terrible customer service. You cannot speak with a live human being, no matter what. You have to send them "a note" through their app or website. F that, and F this place. Sick of not being able to get actual customer service.

Tunahan the technician was great. However the customer service through the office was poor. The parts did not arrive on time, which is fine. However no one at the office left me a message telling me the 2nd appointment needed to be rescheduled because parts had not arrived. I sat at home for 3 hours waiting. When I called them they said they called me but did not leave a message. When the parts arrived I called them to schedule a time and I had to talk to two different departments to get this done. Again, to be clear my technician was on point and arrived in a timely fashion once I could get the appointment scheduled. This review is based on the actions of the office and not the technician.

Our refrigerator started malfunctioning a month ago. We contacted Super and they sent a local provider. They tried to fix it several times, taking a few days between each visit and with no success. Today, a month and about 5 visits later we still have no refrigerator. The service provider was very rude and said they were not able to fix it. We contacted Super several times and tried to elevate the issue but we keep hearing there are no Managers we can talk to. Now they say we need a second opinion before they can pay for a new fridge. Bottom line, it all seems like a big scam.
