Quick and easy but expensive
Quick and easy. Only downside was a $230 device charge for 10 minutes of labor.

Dimitri is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. He arrived on time, conducted is troubleshooting, losing and left. The only thing that pleased with is: I have to wait until the 8th to have refrigerator repaired. With that said, imma’ to throw everything away. I have tomahawk steaks that I to throw away. Just alone, i’m out of 200 dollars with the steaks.

The technician was good, but the overall service seems expensive. I would rather call an individual rather than use a service like this.

The service technician was nice and…
The service technician was nice and communicative but their price is obscenely expensive. I'll look for a different company next time because Puls' hourly rate is too high.
