I have been with Super for 3 years, I have 2 houses with them and about to put my 3rd houses. They have been super reliant, they have great communication, they have helped me tremendously and anyone that needs extra warranty should choose them as a Company. Only good things to say about them.

Very efficient great service

I have had super for 3 houses of mine in the past 5 years and this has gotten worse and worse each month. I filed a claim for a toilet clog several months ago and paid the service fee of $75. After the first plumber visited and provided his opinion. I disagreed with the assessment. Super sent another plumber for a second opinion, which got cancelled. I asked to make another appointment for the second appointment. Super said that they don't have any other plumber in the area at that time and asked me to contact them again a few months later. I just contacted Super again to make an appointment for the second opinion. They now asked me to pay another service fee of $75 again, which I don't understand since it was their fault not to have the another plumber for the second opinion. Now they do, but I want to charge the service fee again. I guess they just tried every way to get your money without providing the service: deny claims and charge service fees several times.

The companies that get sent are always professional and get the job done the first time. Love Hello Super!

I opened a ticket on the holiday weekend, and a tech was at my house the following Tuesday. I should have liked him to have been there sooner, but with the holiday and all, and this was just a non-functional garbage disposal it was fine. When the tech arrived, he determined the item needed to be replaced and had the new unit in in under 15 minutes. My co-pay was less than the price of a new unit, so that was great.

I recently had issues with my heat pump and Super sent out an awesome HVAC rep who was able to diagnose my issue and order parts the very same day. My problem was solved a few days later. I’ve been with Super for 5 years now and they seem to save me hundreds if not thousands of dollars per year.

The tech was very professional, had good communication and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I was skeptical about home warranties but so far our experience with Super has been good. The policy came with free re-keying for our new home, and we've had one appliance repair so far which they took care of without too much fuss. If they continue on this course, we'll probably renew.
