I am a provider on this system and I have referred many clients to it over the past 6 months. This is a wonderful platform from the provider point of view as it is easy to add clients, use the calendar, write notes and keep track of billing/payments. The support available to both myself and to my clients has been thorough and professional. This company far surpasses the other platforms I have worked on - ie Better Help and Alma. My clients say that their experience is much easier and they all feel attended to. I am thrilled to be working for them.

I have read some of the other reviews here and I disagree with many points, as a therapist. My rates are higher through Headway than when I billed insurance privately and the number of claims that have gone through and paid successfully is far higher than when I completed them on my own. I love not having to do the paperwork and billing, as well as the transparency for clients to know immediately what their copay or fee/deductible is.

I have been a therapist with headway for almost two years now and am thoroughly satisfied. I have not had many issues, but when I have, they have been quick to resolve. Headway makes it very easy for me to bill and schedule my clients.

As a therapist, I utilize Headway for billing and insurance verification. If there is an issue, I email as directed and I receive a response and clarification/solution within few days. As a solo practitioner in private practice, this has cut down on time and headache on dealing with insurance verification and following up on billing (as I previously did on my own) and frees up time for me to focus my energy on the clinical work with my clients. Grateful I was referred to this platform by a colleague two years ago.
