I am a treatment provider & my experience with HEADWAY has spanned the last 2 years. They have always been a efficient platform to help client's find the mental health help they want within their insurance network. Headway is always upgrading their services, refining the process consistently improving. When clients have an issue they quickly work to resolve it.

I am a Therapist with Headway and have had great experiences with the support team. When ever I have had an issue with billing or anything technical, I receive a response the same day and have my issue resolved very quickly. I have also had a great experience with receiving payment on time every two weeks. I have not received many referrals from this platform, but the clients I have brought to the platform have not had any complaints about Headway.

I love working with Headway! First and foremost, the customer support is excellent, and in my experience, the company prioritizes the ease and flow of their listed clinicians. I am happy that clients who want to use their insurance can find me easily. It's such a great way to market my business to those in need.

As a first time private practice clinician, Headway has been a lifesaver! The credentialing process was seamless, and I've compared my contracted rates with clinicians who credentialed with insurance on their own, and my rates were equitable and even higher with one company! I recommend Headway to any clinician looking to step into private practice. I never have to deal with insurance companies directly, and I focus all of my time and energy on my clients.

I would recommend Headway to any therapist looking to start their own practice. Headway helps reduce the amount of administrative work by providing a billing service that is effective, quick, and accurate. They navigate the entire credentialing process for you and offer higher rates. The platform is extremely easy to use for both providers and clients. Their customer service is quick and responsive through the support tickets. As some clients prefer speaking with an individual, I would recommend Headway increase their live support presence for easier client access.

Headway has continuously updated their offerings, such as the noting templates, to make it easy for practitioners to have everything in one place. So, for those that do not want to have a secondary EHR, there is really no need. I am able to bill self-pay/out of pocket client with Headway as well and they are piloting a community forum. I’ve now been with Headway since January this year and while others have stated some of the issues that they have experienced, I have been fortunate enough not to have many experiences that were negative. As with anything, it is not a perfect service, however, the support that is received is good and when the company lacks in something, they take responsibility for it. If there is an issue with insurance, billing, adding a client, etc, I usually receive a response within the same day or the very next depending on the time I submit the help form. I also appreciate that Headway teaches about the business and gives you tools to be successful apart from them.

I have been with Headway for a little over a year, and have had mostly very positive experiences. HW allows me to see my patients with insurance, while handling the administrative things, so I can focus on patient care. I am very happy with this service.

Headway has made starting and continuing my private practice SO easy! The paneling process was quick, and Headway continues to do all of the hard work of dealing with the insurance companies. Occasionally there are hiccups, but Customer Service has always been kind, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and fast. I love that Headway is continually working to improve the provider’s experience. I use and refer Headway because it’s a great company!
