I have been very happy using Headway for my billing. It is very easy to input new clients and to bill sessions. Clients report that Headway is easy to set up prior to their first session and they like getting appointment reminders.

Headway has been able to provide a better ease of use for my insurances, clients, and appointments. I love how sleek their interface is and how responsive the team is at resolving any issue. I appreciate the variety of efforts available to providers, especially the informative webinars. Overall, if you're a provider, get on this!

Headway has made accepting insurance in my practice very easy. The credentialing process was seamless and I don't have to deal with the administrative headache of dealing with insurance companies. Without Headway, I'd be a fully self-pay practice. I've also had a positive experience with customer service. Any time there's been an issue, they have responded in a reasonable amount of time and have been really helpful. Overall, I'm happy with my experience and would recommend Headway to other practice owners.

Headway has been a wonderful addition to my private practice. I had avoided taking insurance on my own due to the overwhelming administration effort it requires. Signing up with headway allowed me to benefit from being able to serve those with insurance without taking on the added administrative burden. Headway's onboarding process for clients is easy and the clinical requirements for client management are in line with best practices so it has been a win-win for me. I get to serve my clients and be reimbursed in a seamless process. I highly recommend this service for other sole/group providers.

When I started out doing private practice, I only really imagined using self-pay patients. Someone from Headway reached out to me on LinkedIn. I initially thought it was some kind of gimmick. I'm so thankful I met with someone from Headway. I have been able to grow my business tremendously. I have referred several of my colleagues. One did sign up. I love how easy billing is through Headway. Thank you for that. My only complaint is that for some reason, my therapynotes electronic medical records calendar is no longer compatible with my Headway calendar. I do not know if the issue is on the therapynotes or Headway end. Because of that, I've sometimes double-booked people. So far, I have been given grace. I work really hard to check both schedules before I schedule someone. It can still be a challenge at times. Over-all, I am very satisfied and thankful for Headway.

Headway has been wonderful! I've been part of Headway since January 2023. Other than a couple of minor glitches with pay outs, I've had no issues at all. Headway takes care of all the billing, while I can focus solely on my clients. I highly recommend.
