Headway has been hugely helpful in making the process of credentialing with and billing insurance so streamlined and easy. Onboarding was great, the site is user friendly. I have encountered a couple of insurances I had questions about and never got a response from Headway in how to handle them but with the majority I have entered there have been straightforward results.
