In general, my experience with Headway has been extremely positive. The credentialing process was straightforward and didn't involve any significant delays. I receive my payments biweekly, and so far, I haven't encountered any problems in this regard. The compensation is more favorable compared to when I worked as an independent provider, even though I didn't particularly mind billing on my own for years. However, being with Headway has introduced me to the advantages of not having to constantly verify eligibility and benefits or spending endless hours on the phone with insurance companies. It has truly been a blessing and has transformed the way I work for the better.

Headway is a fast and convenient way to get started in private practice by assisting with credentialing as well as helpful in coordinating billing with insurance companies. It's the only way I would consider accepting insurance. Headway doesn't offer referrals; however, they make it easy for potential clients to verify benefits and schedule on your calendar. It has worked out for me!
