I began working with the Headway to ease my load as a private practitioner in working with insurance companies, however, my partnership with Headway has offered me so much more than that. The ease and support in communication with insurance companies continues to be the biggest burden of my shoulders but it has also been wonderful to experience Headway respond to the PHE and changes that correspond with the end of the PHE by prioritizing support for providers and thus for people seeking affordable and accessible mental health support. Headway takes provider feedback seriously as seen by their open and ongoing communication with providers as well as the many updates and changes they have made to their platform to make navigating larger systems easier and more efficient. I would highly recommend partnering with Headway at any point in your practice for support on the business end of running a private practice.

The ease of use of the system is great. I have no problem knowing how much I will get paid as its layed out on the website for you to review. The EMR is easy to use and helps you cover all aspects of the patients chart and to help to stay complaint with the insurance. If I have any questions they answer pretty quick and its easy to link your current zoom to theirs.

Headway is a very easy platform that does the billing. I also get patient referrals. I love the transparency of the platform.
