I love working with Headway! They make the process of working with insurance providers so easy. It lets me focus on the clients. I’ve shared Headway with other therapists and they are are signed up too. Clients have said their PCP sent them to Headway. It has become a great source for clients.

Headway has allowed me to do what I do best, counsel people without needing to worry about the office tasks that I don’t know much about. I don’t need to worry about credentialing, billing, and insurance. This has been a lifesaver for me! I would not be able to have my practice without Headway!

Headway has overall been a good experience. More recently there have been glitches in logging in and a delay in loading my calendar. A recent issue with logging in kept me from completing notes prior to cut off and led to a delay in pay for me. Additionally, Headway does not offer the ability to processes claims in more than one state - as their competitor does. I started with Headway before branching off to using similar services for billing. Until recently, support agents have been really helpful. When I emailed with my issue with logging in I was given the run around. I've stopped contacting support about the issue even though I'm still experiencing it. I've been with Headway for almost a year now so I'm okay with seeing this through for now, but if I was new to the platform I don't know what my perception would be.

Before Headway, I spent hours a week following up with insurance companies on claims, and trying to chase down payments. It was frustrating and often a waste of time. Headway has been a blessing, and a way to consistently get a payment and also the most effective credentialing system. And they don’t charge a fee!

As a headway therapist you are treated with respect,given an excellent compensation and you have all the billing drama put in Headways lap.Great company

I love that headway completely takes care of the billing so I can just focus on doing therapy. There have been occasional issues with client billing but they are corrected pretty quickly by customer service. I also love that there is a built-in EHR that I can use instead of having to pay a monthly fee for one.
