They offer competitive rates and reliable payouts, taking the headache out of insurance billing. Their EHR platform makes running your business a one-stop-shop.

Recently Headway assisted me with Headway patient insurance and eligibility issues. Headway responded within 24 hours, usually the same day, to my inquiries. Headway is able to save providers valued time in determining what a patient's plan will cover and co-payment and deductible costs. I believe that the biggest barrier is that the insurance companies are remiss with updating coverage information in a timely manner for patients; a patient is listed as covered, but they are really not covered because the policy has terminated. Headway was able to assist me with a recent case where that had happened.

Being a part of Headway has allowed me to grow my practice easier without the headaches of billing. Joining Headway was one of the best decisions I’ve made with my business and I have been happy with the support they have provided me.

I just submit claims using this platform. The payment was delivered on schedule. The dashboard is user-friendly and simple. Other than that, I have no expectations.

Headway's onboarding is smooth, I was assigned to GiGi. Headway provides a calender, list of patients, and easy ways to schedule patients. Overall, is really great to use. I was told they would credential with BC/BS and then found out after I signed up that they weren't able to do that because I had an account already with my primary position. This is the reason I give three stars. I've had to pay someone else to credential me with BC/BS and I will have to obtain another billing service to bill my patients with BC/BS, which is inconvenient.

Headway did the difficult part of private practice (credentialing and billing) for me. They also provide guidelines to documentation so that claim will not be denied. I will continue to refer colleagues to headway.
