Seamless onboarding - intuitive program

Of course the fact that there’s no fee to use Headway is a huge plus, and the website is very user-friendly, everyone I’ve dealt with so far is kind and knowledgeable, and the onboarding process was a breeze. Also, the best reimbursement rates from any other company I’ve seen! Sometimes I wish there was a phone number to call, but honestly they answer any questions via email so quickly that it’s not that big of a deal.

The enrollment process was seamless, the billing is simple and biweekly payouts are convenient, and client sign up is painless.

The service is simple to use for the most part and the additional chat services make it more user friendly. There is nothing, however like one-to-one personal contact. Sometimes there are misunderstandings with texts going back-and-forth and it just makes the process even more arduous. That would be my one criticism. The billing is seamless

Billing is effortless. Like being able to have clients input their own insurance information and quick response on coverage. Appreciate ability to message clients, wish there was way to share documents with them within the EHR so I don't have to use two. Wish the charting boxes would expand so I can clearly see what I am typing when charting. Overall happy with Headway.
