Once onboarded, billing is mostly very smooth

HW makes billing very easy. When are you doing 2 states per provider?

Good service but would be better with the Wiley treatment plan option

Only have had one billing challenge which was very early on with Headway (and it took a long time to resolve), but for the last year, Headway has been smooth, flawless billing of clients and payments to myself. I also really appreciated Headways transparency, communication, action, and support with the Change Healthcare issue.

Headway insists on hiring NPs, who are CLEARLY WAY LESS EDUCATED THAN ANY DOCTOR! WE DON'T WANT TO ACCEPT THE REALITY THAT THE UNITED STATES HEALTHCARE SYSTEM IS A COMMUNIST SYSTEM WHERE WE GET NON-DOCTORS TO TREAT US! BECAUSE SOCIETY HAD NORMALIZED A NURSE OR PA! HEADWAY IS PUTTING YOUR HEALTH AT RISK 100%.

Not having to worry about submitting claims myself, as a small private practice owner is a beautiful thing. Headway takes away the stress of billing..and the platform overall is very simple.

Easy to use website.

Easy to navigate the website, payments on time, I like the 1099, response time is very fast.
