Sylvia Henderson provided comprehensive support as I begin working on the platform. It is easy to use the platform as the basis of my private practice. Reimbursement is on-time and reliable.

The process for credentialing was smooth and transparent. Their user interface in intuitive and informative. They have been highly responsive if I have a question; they have clear and quick communication when something goes wrong. Communication on client inactive insurance, or changes in copay, is immediate.

I greatly enjoy a majority of the services to include referrals, documentation and messaging. The only thing I don’t like is how locked appointments are after you create them. You can’t easily edit them.

Easiness of using the platform. Easiness of billing. Easiness of messaging/connecting with clients.

Headway is great because it handles most of the office tasks including measures which allow me to spend more time providing care. Please work on building an AI note taker that will create notes from sessions. This will save sooo much time and allow us to see more patients and help more people. Adding this would make Headway 5 stars.

The company seems to care about providers. I was impressed with the sincerity of Andrew the company founder. Also, they have done a good job negotiating competitive rates for providers. That is a clear sign that your work is valued.
