Headway makes life so much simpler. I would have given five stars; however, there have been a couple of times the insurance was verified and I started therapy and then got notified the insurance was actually not in-network which is hard to have to discontinue with clients.

Headway takes care of the insurance verification nightmare and lets you focus solely on your client and the treatment. The ease of the platform, the structure, and completing notes with their provided HIPPA compliant templates makes my job easier and I realistically have more time for myself. This was a huge goal of mine when I started to look into companies to work with. Headway meets all of my expectations. 10/10 recommend.
