Horrible customer facing service. Very slow to respond, no phone number to reach out, and extremely unresponsive to any of my questions. If your doctor uses this service, do not go to them!!!!

I have enjoyed working with Headway and how easy they have made being able to accept insurance and consistent payments.

Headway makes getting credentialed with insurance companies easy!! The platform handles client management user friendly. Payment is always when stated. All the behind the scenes paperwork is handled by headway!!

If I could provide no stars, I would. What a disaster and total nightmare. Headway enrolled our providers with insurance under Headway and removed them from their existing group practice. ALL claims are now rejecting stating we are out of network. Our patients are mad, the business owner is furious and the clinicians are beyond disgusted with Headway. DO NOT WORK FOR HEADWAY

It is easy to use the platform. The only left is that it would be nice if the headway has Wiley treatment plan built in. Also, it would be nice to have virtual sessions instead of using other platforms (e.g., google meet, zoom, etc.)
