Incompetent First it took a month for them to verify my insurance and they made several mistakes. Then, after four visits, they charged my card three different amounts, and they never billed my insurance. I put in multiple tickets. No one knows what's going on. They state their system has a super bill, but it's not. There are no invoices on their system that patients can use for insurance purposes. It's a generic credit card receipt with no explanation of the charges.

While the rates are good and there is great follow-up when recruiting and enrolling new providers, the services are sub-par when issues arise. No contact with a person, their contact form is a class in itself. The system does not allow you to delete client info, will allow you to archive, and will not allow any changes to their billing (i.e. from ins. to private pay). So, you can't re-enroll the client and update their information, because they are archived the system stops the enrollment because of the recognized email. You can't enroll multiple family members (parent/child) under the same email even minors.

Headway takes the headache away in regards to credentialing and billing my patients. It has been the best experience! Recently they have added help regarding marketing your practice and I have been working with Balraj Matharu-Patel and he has been so helpful in getting me in the right direction to grow my practice in 2025. I am excited about this coming year and being able to make positive changes in my patients lives!

Did an automatic DD out of my account for a full years subscription which I sign tick/sign for. No notification that an annual automatic payment would be made.

There is insufficient communication for Headway personnel to address concerns or issues. As a provider, I often feel isolated and unequipped to answer my clients' questions or concerns.

The psychiatric NP my daughter was seeing is with Headway. We had constant problems getting refills, getting appointments, it finally came to ahead when we filled out an insurance information form on their portal and they canceled her appointment anyways and told her to reschedule in a month. She is now out of all her meds and are scrambling to find a new provider.

Good service and expedient. It would be nice if you would provide referrals to providers.
