HeadwayReviews of headway.co

As a licensed psychotherapist (LMHC, LPC) and founder of In Tune Mental Health Counseling PLLC, my experience with Headway has been exceptional. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, streamlining administrative tasks so I can focus more on client care. Its thoughtfully designed website also makes it simple for potential clients to find and engage with my profile, which has positively impacted the growth of my practice.

As a provider it has been easy to use, a couple benefit verification issues for clients that were resolved. I'm satisfied so far!

Great customer service

Easy to document

I wish you had a telehealth platform.

Very Frustrating especially when you’re looking for help and finally made a decision to seek support. Miscommunication and billing for unconfirmed meetings. Be aware, it’s not an easy dashboard to navigate. Missed a meeting and was on a different platform and was charged. Didn’t show for a meeting since I didn’t check my email. Laura Wong argued booking me an appointment I wasn’t aware of and paid nearly $100 for a no show. Not fair. There are easier apps out there.

Headway is great overall! My biggest complaint is that I have had issues with verifying client insurance plans and have been given inaccurate information in the past.

Headway enrolled me in Zocdoc and I never got a single patient through that platform.
