The ease to scheduling appointments. I would like to increase my patient load with the advice of a advisor at Headway.

Headway has made many parts of my practice easier. I especially love the support in compliant documentation. I do not like that there are certain CPT codes we cannot use (E/M codes, outside normal hours, holidays, etc.) so it loses some income... but I don't have to do the admin part of the work. Super helpful.

I think the platform is an amazing place to grow your caseload. I enjoy using Headway because it is easy to understand. The templates are useful way to use to complete the documentation. Also, I found amazing the trainings offered. However, it would be great if Headway could refer client to growth your caseload.

Sometimes it’s challenging, when it takes so long to get a response to a question especially when it impedes being able to care for a patient. I really appreciate though that headway provides more compensation for therapists.

I appreciate that Headway takes care of my insurance billing. This service allowed me to build my private practice with the least effort.

Initially they estimated my benefits at costing me $0 out of pocket which is correct. I have full coverage. But then after my first appointment they emailed me that I am 100% responsible for the full costs. They incorrectly have me labeled as having no coverage but there is no one who can assist me in live, real time. Instead you file a ticket and they respond that they are overwhelmed with insurance changes from the new year. Um, it’s end of March! They’re overwhelmed? And they can’t reply with in a few business days so I can access the mental health coverage I’m due? Ridiculous. Even my Headway therapist and my insurance rep tried to contact them to no avail. Run from Headway!

I have been using Headway now for almost a year as a provider; I used to think very highly of Headway. Now the customer service is awful and below standard. You have to place a ticket because there is no number to call. You put in a ticket and 2-3 weeks later no resolution. If you want to maintain your sanity…. STAY AWAY!!!!
