Easy platform to connect your practice with verified clients. FAST credentialing! User friendly easy to navigate provider profile. Great resources that set you up for success as a Headway Provider. Many of the customer support staff are wonderful. My favorite is Jess!!

quicker response then in the past, and the agent reached out to my patient as I requested! I still find the process to submit an inquiry to be very confusing and even after five months working via headway I continue to struggle to submit an inquiry and get confused by the prompts! I would really appreciate it if someone could reach out to help me navigate the inquiry process better

I reached out to request help with a client setting up a profile for their teen son. I was not able to confirm the intake appointment because it was under the fathers name. I reached out to the parents a couple of times via phone call and email but did not receive a response. The Headway Team reached out to the parents and they were able to help with the correct profile. I was able to complete the intake documentation. Thank you = )

Great response time

Headway provides an easy way for patients to seek for mental health care. Staff is awesome!

My issue isn’t resolved yet, but the representative was helpful to the degree that she can be at this time. She said she will let me know when there is more information to convey.
