Everything about Headway is super helpful but the constant issues syncing my google calendar with my Headway calendar has caused significant frustration.

After numerous attempts they have still failed to properly process my claims for over 6 months.

The new therapist I have is great. The. First one I had not so much.

If I could give a zero review I would. This company STOLE just shy of $500 from me. They promise and promise about how they are working on the problem. It’s been almost a year with multiple “tickets” submitted and 60+ emails (because you CANNOT call them). BTW - their CEO’s laime address is Andrew space at headway space dot com. (I was censored because I am giving out his liame space address, but you can figure it out.) He’s not going to help you either, but I hope people will inundate him with liame. Tell him how much HE and HIS COMPANY s space u space c space k space s!! I put the date of experience as July 25, 2025 because that is the date that I gave up.

Provider didn't show up to two consecutive appointments, each time without any advance notice. The second time this happened, the messaging system in the patient portal was not working (the 'Send' button did nothing). I submitted a complaint/support ticket, and the link to view your open tickets requires you to log in but the login link just takes you back to that same page. As a neuropharmacologist myself, this is unacceptable for the mental health field.

My therapist is professional, knowledgeable, nonjudgemental, and kind. It's like speaking to a really smart friend.
