My therapist Tammy is awesome. The site allows me to narrow my search with the criteria of what i needed. This site doesn’t send u a thousand emails. It’s been great would recommend.

When I called the service looking for a specific therapist, they provided me several names to choose from and I found a great therapist.

I don't think it's professional reeling people in by saying the copay cost is going to be 10 dollars and then saying "sike" your insurance wasn't compatible so you end up paying 17 times the amount AFTER the service is provided. People want to know how much something costs, please cross check the insurance before inviting people into the sessions. This is very predatory practice.

It is easy to use the program to log into my appointments. The directions are self-explanatory and quick. Thank you.

My therapist was very unprofessional in many ways. Texted me one night at 9:30 pm about billing. Tried to charge for in-office visits (which I did NOT have) and then wants to say “in his professional opinion” I would do better with a female therapist. What a joke.

Without headway I’d still be a mess both mentally and physically. I’ve learned SO much in the last couple years thanks to the incredible therapists at Headway. Take the next step! Heal yourself from the cellular level!
