Happy with my choice
Working with Headway has been a wonderful and positive experience. Partnering with Headway has made owning and managing my private practice less stressful due to the documentation tools and resources. The chat box is amazing! If I have questions, I can ask any day and any time of the day. 95% of the time, my issues/concerns/questions are answered or resolved. I rated a 4 star and not a 5 star due to the reimbursement rate and the amount of time it takes for credentialing. I would ask that Headway advocate for higher rates and work diligently to to support the credentialing process. Rates for EAP are low and being REQUIRED to accept such a low rate is an insult to our profession. Additionally, our ability to accept clients is limited when not able to accept certain insurances which in turn impacts our earnings. Overall, I would definitely recommend Headway to other providers despite the cons.
