TOTAL SCAM! I ordered a Brie Baker Basket for my son and it was delivered with NO Brie and NO Baker! I paid extra for antipasto and chips which were not included. The $20 of fruit I ordered turned into 2 apples and a bunch of soggy grapes, no kiwis, pears or raisins as also ordered. The $20 tiramisu cake had been swapped for a pack of 4 brownies!! In total I paid $158 for this scam! What’s worse, I also ordered a custom wine basket for my daughter. The “basket” was a wooden tray. The chocolate dipped strawberries and chocolate mints were swapped out with 2 cheap boxes of chocolates I ordered 2 cakes and only one was delivered. Finally, I ordered $40 of gourmet items NONE of which were delivered. This “”hamper” cost $189! I emailed them before Christmas and got a generic response that someone would be in touch. By the 4th January I had heard nothing and so I emailed again. I was told that without photo proof they wouldn’t consider my complaint at all and that was apparently stated clearly in their policies! I asked how I was supposed to photograph missing items! They did not respond. Awful company! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I purchased a gift basket on Dec 22 only because their website states that they would hand-deliver the basket by 8PM that same day, and therefore my gift would not have to go through the bogged-down couriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx). I never received an email confirmation. I called for many days - their phone just leads to an automated system where you can leave a message and they “will respond by email.” It was only when I left a message asking for a refund/cancellation that I received an email response saying they could not refund me because 1) the couriers are slow and 2) their policy doesn’t allow it... However, 1) it is 13 days later and they STILL haven’t given my gift basket to any courier, 2) they said they would not use a courier in the first place l, and 3) what company won’t cancel your order for you before it is shipped? They are now not responding to my emails, probably because they want to wait until the item has shipped so it would be more difficult to obtain a refund. Even still, I paid high delivery costs to have hand-delivered same day like they said. Worst customer service ever! I am still not convinced that this isn’t just a scam company from overseas or something.

Paid $30 for shipping and selected the delivery date for December 24th, which was 11 days after I placed my order. Claimed to have shipped on December 21st but now, on January 3rd, I still don't even have a tracking number and they aren't responding to my emails. Why charge $30 for shipping and why allow customers to select a delivery date if it doesn't show up on time? I'll be surprised if it shows up at all. I'll be disputing the charge if I don't get a response by the 10th. Don't buy from this company.

False advertising says they deliver within 90 minutes locally in New Jersey but order came from Connecticut. Tried to cancel order placed in Dec 22nd. They do not answer phones, emails, or their fake chat. The reviews on their website are all fake! This company is awful! Order received very late. Paid 11.99 for gourmet cheese as an addition but none was sent. Bananas all brown and soft! Yuck! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!

Disgusting service. Was supposed to be delivered before Christmas 2020, when it wasn't I emailed twice asking for a refund as it hadn't been dispatched. Still haven't got a reply and it it now January 2021. Don't buy from them

Negative 10 stars Negative 10 stars! I have had completely the same experience with this sham of a company. Ordered December 4th for December 21st delivery. No delivery, no explanation. Used the order status check feature and it says the order has not even been printed yet. But somehow the $210 has left my account. Same issues with trying to contact customer service, phone calls that go right to a recorded message with no chance to even speak with someone, unanswered emails, and fake "live" online chat option. They need to be stopped.

1st gift - Arrived on time but I ordered "HANDMADE CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES APPLE BASKET" for a friend in the USA. Even paid FEDEX 2 guaranteed days shipping so the strawberries remain fresh upon arrival (as they suggested). It arrived and what did she get? A Brown & Haley Cashew Roca The Original Buttercrunch Toffee Cashews which I could get from the supermarket! I paid $41.24 for this?? RIDICULOUS! Tried to call, email, live chat - absolutely nothing. Ended up a dispute through Paypal. Communicated with the Seller and their reason they have the right to substitute something equal or greater value than the item I ordered. A Brown & Haley Cashew Roca The Original Buttercrunch Toffee Cashews equivalent or greater than USD41.24? What a joke. Come on. I replied and they never responded after that. 2nd gift - delivery to Canada and was 2 days late. However, I was relieved that it was the CORRECT items I ordered (strawberry chocolates in a basket with German beers). No damages and intact. 3rd gift- After all the headache of no notifications given, I had to ask my friend to find high and low for the gift. She found it but another disappointment. I ordered a Custom Wine Basket that should have two white wines (American and Italian) in a silver tin. What came? A brown cheap-looking basket with one white Australian wine (that costs USD$10) and a small forerror rocher chocolates (that costs USD$1.50). How is that equivalent or greater value than two wines??! I paid this for USD$76.40?? So not worth it. I had no choice but to apologize to my friend and order another wine from a different store. Everyone, order from this company at your own risk! Or just run far far away! It gave me such anxiety issues seriously. It is not the money but it is the thought of giving wonderful Christmas presents during this pandemic time. Hopefully, Paypal will help.

Got delivered 2 days later than the day the delivery date was accepted for. Email inquires responded 2 days after.
