The website is a scam. They advertise that they ensure next day delivery. I ordered the package well in advance and to arrive on a specific date. However, the package was not delivered until 3 days after it should have been delivered. I understand that problems and mistakes can happen along the way, but I can see many others experience that same thing. The worst thing was not the delayed delivery. The contents of the package did not match what I ordered at all. I ordered "A premium wine gift basket featuring four bottles of wine and an assortment of Bruges handmade milk, dark, and white chocolates, presented in a charming wooden half barrel storage bin." The wine and chocolate that was delivered was not at all the quality of what was described, not did it match the images from the webshop. The wine was cheap knock-off wine and the chocolate was just some generic poor quality. Also it was supposed to be delivered in a "in a charming wooden half barrel storage bin" - It was delivered in a generic and cheap pine box. The gift card that they offerede to add to the present was not a card at all - It was a printed piece of paper, that had been torn apart during packaging or delivery. It is impossible to get in touch with their customer service - I doubt it even exist. If you want to complain you have to fill out an email form containing amongst other things the order number - makes sense, except the website will not allow to actually send the form information until it can verify the order number - Only problem is it says their "Bot verification is currently unavailable. Please try again later" - It has been unavailable for a week now. How unfortunate!! On their website they advertise that they have a 4.6/5 rating - But checking here on Trustpilot (which I should have done) it is clear that they don't.

It was delivered one day later. But in a process, company quickly corrected my error in address - so, everything is ultimately good.

The website is primitive - I tried for thirty minutes to configure the choices and have given up. I'm sending to a couple in sympathy but the "greeting card assistant" insists on a) adding a name to the front of the card and b) formats the card with one name only, which is unacceptable. Then it doubled my order, and in Checkout, there is no way to edit the quantity. So start all over again. Nice selection of goods, betrayed by poor web management.

Fast and high quality service! We ordered a fruit and chocolate gift basket for my parents anniversary in the morning and it was delivered the same day in the afternoon. They absolutely loved it! Customer service was great and received emails with the status of their order. We will be using Hazleton’s again!

They canceled my order due to a “fraud concern.” I understand that security checks are important, but they could have checked with my bank to verify that the payment went through and confirm that the transaction was legitimate instead of simply canceling my order without any verification. It’s frustrating that they made the decision to cancel the order without first confirming the payment with the bank or giving me an opportunity to verify the transaction.

Arrived late, with incorrect, damaged, melted, and nearly expired items. Most were inedible, and many expire within the next two weeks. Several items were completely wrong: instead of olive oil and herb crackers, I received a bag of Takis; instead of expensive dark truffle chocolates, I received a bag of cheap melted milk chocolate. The items looked like damaged, discounted gas-station merchandise rather than a quality shipment. A complete waste of money.
