Ordered a 'Romantic picnic basket' which was a lovely basket filled with nice looking food.They delivered a cheese board and food items, certainly not to the value we paid. I have emailed lots of times and after a 48 hour delay each time they come back from different email addresses asking for information that they already have. One of the last ones advises not shipping perishable goods - but that's what they sell! The last one asks for a review and when I gave a bad one they thanked me and gave 10% off my next order. Disgraceful company. What a waste of £150/$190!!! Contacting paypal is my next step

Horrible. We followed up 3-4 times on our order & after 3 weeks it shipped after being told multiple times it was the carriers fault for delay. We ordered the chocolate dipped pears and they shipped two green apples, two red apples, and two lemons! Like any of those are a substitute for chocolate covered pears. No advance request for substitute, nor any accountability upon complaint. There is no real person to talk to, you get diverted to email which you get a response it can take up to 48 hours to respond to. Horrible, absolutely horrible experience. Disappointment in a basket should be their marketing slogan.

Horrible, horrible horrible This clearly is a company run by an amateur in someone's basement with poor lighting. Without going into full details, if you want top notch service, guaranteed delivery, product replacement, customer support, refunds/exchanges, cancellations, then this is not the company. They honor nothing and have no customer support. They also say that in their terms and conditions which PayPal fully supports. After I filed a claim against them, they sent my order out with an email denying my claim and cancellation and they signed it "PayPal." There are so many options out there so don't purchase from these folks!

My order was meant to arrive on January 2 and was only delivered on January 21. I tried to contact them by email several times receiving no reply. The chat function on their website is a joke. You type a message and you are told you will receive an answer by email. Needless to say that didn't happen. To make matters worse, the basket that was delivered did not match what I paid for. Several items swapped with cheap substitutes. Giving one star because I cannot give less.

Placed order for same day delivery but item was not delivered. Attempted to contact company through various channels- phone, email, live chat to request cancellation of order. Finally received an email response TEN days later stating that my order was in production and couldn't be cancelled. This order was time sensitive and the recipient is no longer at the delivery address. I again asked that my order be cancelled and a refund given as it had been over two weeks and the order still hadn't shipped. Received a reply FIVE days later stating that the order had shipped and there was nothing that could be done. I requested cancellation the day after my order was placed and the item was shipped 20 days later. Still has not been delivered and recipient no longer lives at address. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! STAY AWAY!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Website promised delivery by the 30th of December. IT arrived on the 18th of January! ROTTEN FRUIT, no chocolate covered strawberries, which I paid for, no slate cheese plate that I paid for and no champagne upgrade that I paid for. No customer service either. This company should be put out of business as they are criminals!! They robbed me of 160 dollars to send rotten bananas, cheap champagne and some crackers. ZERO stars!!!

I wish I could give a 0 rating! Sent a gift to my brother in the USA and hand picked my basket, $108 and they ended up sending just wine, cheese & biscuits which was nothing like what I ordered... tried to dispute with PayPal who want me to send it all back (2 months later!!!) in order to get a refund! What a joke! I can only think they must delete all the negative reviews on their own pages AVOID!!

Similar experience to others. Deluxe Wine and Cheese package arrived two weeks late (Jan 8 for a 22nd Dec promise) in a ripped open cardboard box. No cheese, no cheeseboard and virtually every mother item was substituted, if not missing altogether. Shipping was supposed to be next business day (at significant extra cost) but was put in a truck and driven across the US taking 6 days. Nothing about this was right. Worst service I have ever used. Company has the nerve to ask for reviews to post in their website and then delete all the bad ones (which must be all of them!)
