Beware of this scam This company is a FRAUD. I bought one of their baskets for my husband, and what showed up can only be described as a mashed up, low quality pile of junk. The pictures look great, but they sent me completely different products: First, I asked for 2 bottles: one Veuve Cliquot champagne and one Jack Daniels single barrel. I only got the champagne, and it’s a different crappy unknown brand. The package is crushed and destroyed. All the plants came in plastic bags, all severely damaged. They were supposed to come with white planters (which I ordered). I asked and payed for a large wooden cart, and instead I got a small basket. I ordered chocolate strawberries. I didn’t get them, and instead I got a cheap plastic baggie full of supermarket grapes, which are completely crushed, by the way. The worst part is that when I tried to call the company, they never answered the phone, and my email wasn’t replied until weeks later, only because I got PayPal to intervene on my behalf. When they did respond, they said that they had every right to send me “substitutes” (cheap, low quality replacements) as per their purchase agreement, so beware.

My bf was ordering from them valentine’s Day gift for me. I got the box and bum! The wrong box ! Thy send me the wrong items the wrong box and much less for what my bf paid ! I was trying to contact them for 2 and half weeks with no respond ! Until finally someone called me back he was telling me it’s the right box !!! (After I send them photos of the box with all the stuff thy send me !!!) And thy were fighting me on the phone ! G-u-y-s!!!! Stay away!!!!! Trust me there is million other company’s that stand behind there items ! Good luck

According to the Hazelton's Gift Basket catalogue, I ordered 25 large chocolate-covered strawberries that were supposed to be beautifully arranged on a 3 tier tray for a birthday to be delivered in Sept. 2020. First, the package got lost for 8 days. Second, when the package was finally found, there were NO CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES AT ALL in the package and the tray was broken and disassembled in a box labeled from China. Instead, they substituted (without informing me or without my authorization) 4 cheap Lindt chocolate bars and a dozen wrapped Lindt truffles that can be purchased at Walmart, and the 3 tier glass tray had to be assembled and was broken. This package was cheap and could not have cost more than $15 and was NOT what I paid $75 for when I ordered. I contacted customer service to inform them that I didn't receive my order at first. Then, when I did find the package after 8 days, I informed them of my dissatisfaction about them substituting inferior quality items that were sent without my authorization or without informing me prior to shipping. I informed them that I would have cancelled the order had I know that they would send me these products. I requested of the customer service agent to give me a return merchandise authorization # RMA to return their package and they refused to give me a refund even though I asked them in many emails and calls to their customer service department. It is unacceptable that they sent me inferior substituted, unordered, & damaged products! They receive a ZERO rating.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service ever! They advertise "Free shipping on all orders within the continental USA" NOT TRUE! I was charged $22.19 and my requested delivery date was February 4th, 2021 but it wasn't even delivered until February 10th! I had ordered a special Chinese NY basket that contained traditional items and I even paid extra for special gourmet items ($61.99 + $27.99). When the order arrived, it was wrapped sloppy, in a bent bucket that had some random snacks instead of the gourmet items I paid for that didn't even go with Chinese NY! If you try calling the Customer Service #'s, no one answers and the message states to email your concerns. I called at various times and wrote 4-5 emails. Finally, on the 8th of February, I get an email apologizing and basically using the pandemic as an excuse for the delay. Their policy is that if they don't have something, they can replace it with whatever they have without checking with the customer first! They don't care that you ordered a SPECIAL THEMED basket for a specific celebration. They'll just send you whatever they want despite it not even being close to what you ordered! WORST COMPANY EVER!

Total disaster. Ordered a basket for delivery to L.A. This destination is listed on their website. It arrived over 2 WEEKS later. Flowers dead, strawberries rotten. I did choose a slower delivery method but did not expect it would ship from Canada and take so long. Why is this even an option. From other reviews they must see this is an issue. Also the reviews I left on their web site does not show. In fact it shows 0% of 1 star reviews. Very different to here. BBB rated them F. Wish I’d known . How embarrassing to send dead flowers and rotten fruit as a gift.

My boyfriend spent $350.00 for them to send me 99 cent store cookies (that he did not order) i was missing a vase, balloons, a stuffed animal. ALL the fruit was ROTTEN, roses DEAD, succulents DEAD, the box had an extremely nasty odor, simply disgusting. ZERO stars and if we don't get that refund we're suing. some liquid sprayed out while trying to open the plastic around the box, my eye is still itchy and red.

Terrible customer service ! The package did not contain what I had ordered. They do not talk to the customer. I called and left numerous messages and no responses. I tried to contact the company 6 times email....and no person will respond.
