I have already reviewed on the Hazeltons Canada review page where I gave the same review. I am adding on here because I have tried to add my review to their website, indeed they asked me to. Needless to say it is terrible and needless to say they have not posted my review so almost all the reviews on the website are good, mainly 4s and 5s.... hilarious. What a scam

Run! Hazelton’s Stole My Money
Run! Hazelton’s stole my money
I ordered 3 gift baskets for my cousins in sympathy for the loss of their mother. I entered their individual mailing addresses on the website. I placed my order and nothing happened for a week. I called to inquire about the delay and can’t get through to a human being during business hours. Then I get email informing me delivery address has been unilaterally changed by Hazelton’s to my billing address.they ship all 3 gift baskets (including orchids) in a brown box that was severely damaged and leaking. Now Hazelton’s refuses to take back or refund a soggy pulpy cardboard mess. Hazelton’s clearly does not care about its customers. Run!

Paid for upgrade not delivered!
I ordered a gift basket and upgraded the wine by paying an extra $44. They did not upgrade the wine included and sent the one that was included in the original price; not even the same type of wine. In addition to this, the products included were definitely subpar to what I thought I was ordering. I contacted customer support and was told "I suggest you review the FAQ's on substitutions." This was not a substitution. They took my money and didn't provide the product that I paid extra for. What a terrible company. Gift basket companies are in an industry of customer service, and this service is absolutely abhorrent. I will never order from them again.

TERRIBLE!!!
Honestly Hazeltons is an absolute joke. I did not read any of these reviews before ordering a gift basket for my friends birthday for $80- But I sure wish I had.
The plant showed up dead and in a different pot than ordered. They replaced both bottles of wine with different bottles, and they did not package the gift in the basket I ordered, instead a blue, broken, tin.
I emailed customer service asking what had happened and was met with "as per our substitution policy stipulated in our terms and conditions, at times substitutions may be necessary to fulfill orders in a timely manner" which is hysterical as l I paid $22 for delivery and it took 7 days instead of the 3-5 I selected.
I am extremely disappointed and usually never write reviews but I want to make it known that people should save their money before being scammed by Hazeltons.
SAVE your money and DO NOT order from this joke of a website.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS - HAZELTON's SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
BEWARE: DO NOT ORDER FROM HAZELTON's. See What Happened to Me Below:
On December 22, I ordered a gift basket of perishable items for my cousin who lives in Ontario (Canada). At the time of order, I selected next day delivery. I understand that, due to the high shipping volumes during the holidays, there may have been a delay due to limitations on carrier capacity.
When the order had still not shipped 1 week later, I called customer service to inquire about the status of the order. I left a message. No one returned my call. I called back on January 3 and left another message. In that message, I explained that the perishable items (wine, cheese, sweets) could no longer be used by the recipient as she is now committed to her New Year’s resolutions of a healthier lifestyle and asked that the order be cancelled since it had not yet been processed. I followed up with an email and a written request to cancel the order (email attached at the bottom of the chain). Still, I received no response.
I again, followed up on January 7 via email, and attempted to contact them on their Facebook page, where I found a number of other angry customers who could not get any customer service support for their orders that were not processed. Finally, on January 8, Oscar, from customer support contacted me. He indicated that their policy was not to guarantee the next day delivery, per my check out confirmation, but that “turnaround averages 7-10 business days depending on courier availability/performance.” At this point, we were 11 business days (17 calendar days) from the order date and the order had still not been PROCESSED. He sent me a tracking number which indicated the order would be delivered on December 22. I showed this to him and asked him, again, since the order had NOT BEEN PROCESSED and can no longer be used, to please cancel the order. He refused.
Despite my repeated requests to cancel this order, Hazelton’s proceeded to send it on January 12 (three full weeks after the initial order date). It arrived the next day, January 13. There were no shipping delays. At no time was the problem carrier capacity; it was the failure of Hazelton’s to fulfill the order.
Lack of Fulfillment. Horrible Service. Do Not Risk the Same Experience for Your Gift Needs.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS…
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a vegan chocolate cake for my dad’s birthday because I couldn’t go home due to covid. He received inedible fruit including: frozen bananas, 2 limes and lemons, an orange, a pear, and non-vegan shortbread cookies! When I contacted the company, assuming there had been a mix up with the order, I was blamed for the incident. The company told me in the length of several paragraphs that I had agreed to the terms and conditions, and therefore it was not to blame. I obviously wouldn’t have ordered anything from them if I knew my order would be substituted with products that were inedible for the recipient. I really suggest you do not buy anything from this company as it clearly does not care about customer service or satisfaction. And this, arguably, is be no means the way a business should be run!!!

Fresh fruit, on time? Good customer service? NOT HERE!!
The worst. Hard to make this up. If you want a quality basket delivered on time, this is not your best bet.
Sunday afternoon in NY ... I wanted a gift basket delivered in Houston on Tuesday. I searched "Houston gift baskets" and the Hazelton site appeared, offering same day delivery if ordered by 11am. Tuesday shouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong.
I ordered the basket, over $100 (qualifying for free delivery) only to receive a confirmation of my order indicating that since I selected "free delivery," the basket would not arrive for four business days. Immediately contacting Customer Service, I was told that the basket was already prepared and ready to ship. (Even though I had added a special bottle of wine!) They were unable to cancel the order.
The basket arrived on Friday -- five days (not four) after my order. The fruit was bad; the box containing the basket was damaged. The address label was placed on the bottom of the box!
I contacted Customer Service again. Guess what? Due to COVID, they have no control over the timing of deliveries. And they don't guarantee the quality of the fruit unless you pay for next day delivery. They sure know how to cover their bases. STAY AWAY!!

Avoid this scam company
I ordered a bicycle cart to be filled with fruit and champagne and it was delivered without the fruit nor champagne - or even anything to look the same like the picture!
Avoid ordering from this company at all cost.
