The TRUTH about Hazletons Gift Baskets! This company is a SCAM!! The positive reviews are fake and planted by paid reviewers! They honestly do not even deserve a 1...would give zero if I could!!! I ordered a gift basket that was supposed to contain : - a box of cookies ($19) -a box of chocolate brownies($16) - a New Zealand bottle of wine ($26) - an African Violet potted plant in ceramic planter($16) - black jute tray ($6.40) They substituted literally every single item !!! Sent instead: - a box of stale crackers - a small pkg of cranberry cheese ( Very embarrassing being the sender, given that the recipient actually has s severe allergy to cheese!!!) - a bunch of daisies in a plain glass ( vase ( vase is type you can get in Dollar Store for $2). - the tray was not delivered or replaced Customer Service simply gave a “Too bad So sad “ response !!! DO NOT order anything from this place! They’ll rip you off for sure!!! I’m in the process of “filing an order” for “Fraudulent Business Practices” against them . -

How I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent money with this company! I ordered a bottle of champagne and balloons for my daughter to celebrate a milestone in her PhD and it never even arrived. You cannot contact them as they never answer the phone, chat or email. You can’t even comment on their social media because commenting is turned off. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Buyer beware!!!!! I spent 106 bucks to get pears apples pears champagne and flutes. Well the fruit was all rotten it was cheap wine and wine glasses instead of fruit. Horrible customer service. So much fine print that they have an excuse for EVERYTHING! It wasn't on time. - Well they don't count weekends. Rotten fruit - read small print - not responsible for perishable items. Smashed cheese - well they didn't address that. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolutely the worst type of people running the show, they fraudulently posts photos of things that are not what is shipped. First time I ordered,I thought because of Covid, they messed up so I tried them a second time, it was an absolute disappointment. The basket didn’t have most of the items including what I paid for extra!

I had hoped not to have to write this review, but Hazleton's provided me with no other option. The package we ordered for our daughter and son-in-law's housewarming arrived late, contained the wrong salutation, contained spoiled chocolate strawberries and a chipped champagne glass. When I requested a refund, I was only offered credit towards another gift package. As if, I wanted to trust them with another order and pay more them more money, I only wish I had found these reviews before placing my order. Taken together, they reveal what a sorry company this is.

Would like NO stars. Awful customer service, weirdly repeating the mantra of we do our best to exceed our customers....yadda yadda. They couldn't meet never mind exceed. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered an Easter gift of a cake and Easter brownies from the UK to be delivered on 3rd April to Phoenix for my grandchildren. Now 6th April and have been told it will arrive on 8th. I am sure by that time the products will be inedible as it will be well over a week since they were shipped. That’s 85$ or £65 completely wasted. The company are refusing to refund or credit. Total rubbish company, Surely there must be some law in US which prevents this scam. Only wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned! I would give them NO STARS if I could.
