This company accepts no responsibility for delivering rotten fruit, broken items, and poor box delivery presentation. Someone passed from our firm, we attempted to send our condolences with a basket of fruit, and the Hot Chocolate and Muffin Basket. The receipient was so disturbed by the delivery, she contacted us and said thanks for the thought, but you guys should not have to pay for this. She went further and sent us picture. Hazelton's response was, refer to our disclaimer. We will never order from this place again.

I ordered a wine and cheese board with an added bundle of flowers for my mom for Mother's day. I have NEVER been so disappointed. I paid extra to send the flowers which didn't arrive at all, and every single item in the basket was subbed out with the wrong things- including a bottle of Cava when I ordered the basket specifically to send her red wine. They didn't include crackers which was on the item description, it's a cheeseboard for goodness sake. The tray (which was meant to be a cutting board, but was also wrong) that it was packaged with arrived broken. And the gift message I typed and added to the basket wasn't sent at all. I would NEVER order here again. They only agreed to refund the forgotten flowers and won't replace any of the wrong items. Don't waste your money.

I sent a gift to my mom for Mother's Day, and it arrived without one of the items. When I contacted customer service, I was advised that "Once order is delivered we can not do anything". This is ridiculous, since it would have to arrive in order to know that an item was missing. When I pointed this out and provided my order details once again, along with a photo of the delivery, I was told "You have got what you have ordered". This has been incredibly frustrating and I am extremely disappointed by Hazeltons' customer service. I will not be ordering from them again, and encourage consumers to use a different service in order to avoid this ridiculousness.

Great company! I get all my gift baskets from this company and they do an amazing job! The quality is amazing. They have beautiful baskets. Must buy from here. You won’t be disappointed!!!

My managers do a gift for me every year, and wanted to try something different. They did a 3 month "craft beer" gift at a cost of $240.00. What I received was a wood crate with 8 bottles of grocery store beer with a value of about $10.00, 3 of which were angry orchard, Bud Light, and Coors light! My team contacted them multiple times with no result. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their description and what they actually ship are not even close!

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for next day deliver to surprise my wife while on vacation. I placed the order in advance of their next day deliver guarantee on the website only to find out later that the delivery would not arrive next day, but four days later. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded but they first tried to evade the order timeline and then basically said there's nothing they can do because the order is shipped – which is not entirely true because the shipping details indicated that the item was not even received by the shipper until two days after the order was placed. They've refused to refund the order and only offered a refund on the shipping cost for an item that is going to be delivered to a total stranger at this point because my wife's vacation is over. Absolutely unacceptable marketing, experience and customer service.

Never order from here!!!! Quality is horrible. I have pictures of what you will actually receive. Customer service is horrible and stated they "advise all customers against shipping perishable items - that is, any product with a lifespan that is subject to spoilage ...". Per their own words, they are incapable of shipping the goods they sell. Even if you select two day shipping, the quality is sloppy. The quality would not be any better if you pay the $75 next day air. Quality had nothing to do with heat or being perishable items. You do NOT get what is shown on their site, not even close. The nonperishable items are either not included (balloon) or not written per your words (note card). Going through the steps to dispute with bank as they will only refund half.

I have ordered a gift basket for Christmas. Hazelton's delivered only half the basket, weeks later when the customer service representative finally got back to me, they found out that the second half was damaged during transit. They offered me new delivery or refund. I decided for new delivery. Unfortunately again 2 weeks later, nothing was delivered. They didn't bother to contact me with any explanation. I have requested refund, which took more than a week to receive confirmation. They still charged me full service and delivery fee even though they delivered only half the gift basket. All up it took almost 2 months. It is so sad there are still companies with such a poor customer service that won't acknowledge their mistake and instead fighting for service/delivery fee for undelivered goods. It's not only about the refund, but also about the disappointment when you are trying to surprise someone with a gift and they ruin it all. Please look for a different provider!
