Horrible customer service - cake is set to be delivered more than one week after delivery date and customer service won't do anything about.

I searched for a local company in Kingston Ontario to deliver a special birthday present. The web site offers same day delivery however when I ordered it I was advised 1-2 day delivery. The cake arrived smashed and I had the photos which I forwarded to the company. They said that I should have ordered same or next day delivery as it was perishable. At no time was I aware that the cake was being exported from the US to Canada. The adverts make sure that you think it is local. I am so angry. I should have looked on trust pilot before I ordered

Company is dirty to the core. Owner has 5 different names he goes by. Fills customer orders with wrong items. Company claims to care but can't maintain employees. Sells alcohol with not alcohol license. Fraud and scams are how this company stays alive.

Scam is a strong word, but I don't know what else to call a company that (1) did not even ship my order until after the agreed-to delivery ARRIVAL date, (2) shipped goods that were wet and dead, and (3) told me they would issue no refund of any kind. Even getting a customer service rep to say "sorry" was hard work. Absolutely do NOT use.

I had a horrible experience with Hazeltons Gift Basket. I had ordered a Guinness Beer gift basket for my friends birthday. They delivered a cheap candy basket. This company is a Fraud!!

The worst company I've ever ordered from. I ordered a backet of cut fruits and bottle of champagne and got 3 uncut apples and poor wine. Run away as fast as you can.

Like many others, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I ordered champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries and cannot believe I paid $120 for a gift basket to arrive in this condition. The product quality was terrible and completely damaged. The customer service as shady - you can only speak to them via email where they were 0 help at all. If you want to order a gift basket, I would recommend any other company.

Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE ordering. My delivery date is later than I'd hoped so I tried to get them to expedite, re-route or cancel/refund my order. The customer service was absolutely not helpful, just told me there was nothing they could do. They told me to call the shipper, then THEY told me there was nothing they could do. Horrible experience - will NEVER purchase from these half-assed, non-customer-caring company EVER AGAIN.
