Hazelton's Gift Baskets USAReviews of hazeltonsgiftbaskets.com

If you’re reading this then you have been scammed, ripped off like the rest of us unfortunately. Like everyone else I wish we had done our due diligence on this company. If you’re fortunate enough to be reading this before ordering with HAZELTONS, then DO NOT order anything with this company. You will 100% not receive what you’ve ordered or most likely not receive anything at all. Looking forward to seeing them on AMERICAN GREED SOON….

I would give -10 If I could. I put in several orders for family this year just before Christmas. The order for my family was a disaster. I ordered a cake, It arrived in a mountain of crumbs, unrecognizable. The box it shipped in was damaged also it looked like they pulled it out of a garbage heap. No marking saying handle with care or fragile on it. I am still fighting with them to get a refund. They said they will only refund me 1/2 of the amount I also paid a huge delivery fee. They refuse to refund the fee. Also they are rude and snarky. Terrible place I will never recommend or order from them again. They also do not send confirmation of deliveries. You need to write to them and try to track it yourself. Bad set up. I will report them to BBB too. I can tell by the bad bad bad reviews here I probably will not get a refund at all. We must report this to Consumer Affairs also. This is terrible how can they still get away with this ?

I ordered a champagne gift basket and paid extra for the Veuve Clicquot Champagne Brut Yellow Label upgrade but Moet was sent instead, which is a cheaper champagne. They didn't even inform me of the change and when confronted they told me they are allowed to make substitutions. I asked for a rebate and was denied even though this is less expensive than what I paid for. Will never use them again.

I wish I could put zero stars, I’ve had a horrible experience with this company, hope nobody gives them business. The gift basket was two weeks late and the flowers came dead and stinking so bad, the candy was stale and the champagne bottle was cracked. Customer service was very rude and they refused to refund me

Awful experience. Delivered bruised and blackened fruit basket. Included fruit (pineapple) specifically not requested. Their website was misleading and appeared that a basket would be delivered by hand in Lexington area and it was shipped from somewhere else. Requesting full refund. Cant get through to anyone. I have pictures of delivery.

I really should have read the reviews. They mailed my gift basket 1 day before the delivery day, so of course it was late. It arrived with some unidentifiable dessert and dead flowers. I have never had a worse gift experience.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I requested a specific delivery date with additional instructions on the remarks on when to deliver. They delivered flowers 3 days before I requested resulting in the recipient receiving nothing. When I asked for some sort of money back or store credit they refused. Do NOT use them.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this awful company ! Revolting birthday cake was delivered 6 days after birthday it was intended got and had been in transit for 8 days ( in Arizona!!!) Their customer service is appalling, they blamed me for wanting a birthday cake delivered in the actual day of the birthday and for not opting for next day delivery at checkout which wasn’t offered! STAY AWAY from this company they will ruin your celebration and charge you for the privilege 😪😪😪
