When I ordered the 2 bottles I wanted, they kept offering additional products which I declined. They charged me for 5 bottles. I sent 3 messages asking if this was a subscription which I certainly do NOT want and no one has responded. Worst customer support ever!! I haven't received the product yet, but it must be junk if this is how they treat their customers.

I put in my order August 4th. Nothing has changed on my tracking. It is August 25th. I have emailed to find out about my order. I am not hearing anything about it. I am upset for my dog. I really felt positive over this helping my dog. Very 😔

I ordered a subscription of AIM for my cats. I wish I had seen the reviews on here first. It took 3 weeks to arrive and one week later I was emailed that the next order was shipping. I could not find any way to cancel or change that in any correspondence from them nor on their website. The reason I chose a subscription was the lower price and the (fraudulent) assurance that I could change or cancel any time. They do not provide a phone number where you can talk to someone and their replies are the same lying form letter over and over again. I am demanding a full refund on both of my unopened purchases. I will contest the charges on my card as I was unable to change anything about my recurring subscription even though I've been assured in the form letters that I can. At this point, I want nothing to do with this company even if they were selling the best products in the world. They have very fraudulent business practices. I will also be leaving a complaint on the BBB website. Good luck if you order from these people. They are untrustworthy.

I'll continue to let others know what a fraud scam non business you are. your fraud tracking system has the product I paid for and got ripped off still at Vista Ca which makes zero sense unless of course that your a fraud scam not a real business, just a bunch of thieves. since you wont refund my money you pack of fraud scammers I'll continue to post that you're not to be trusted and to save your money by not getting scammed and ripped off by your scam fraud not real business . no need to post another bullshit AI generated response you sad scammers. hoping your scam operation is shut down asap!

We ordered this taurine product because it was supposed to be made in the US and was supposedly better than other products on the market. Turns out that it was shipped from China and was destroyed by the USPS due to counterfeit postage.
