Customer service reached out almost instantly after my order was submitted. They got to know me and my Hazel girl. They also confirmed shipping information and let me know about additional products they had and offered a discount. I’m hopeful the taurine supplement does my old girl some good.

Only had a few weeks to try unfortunately bc my cat was hit on the road. It had been working I believe. Customer service was great at helping me take care of my account and in a timely manner.

The staff were very helpful with suggestions for me when my 3 picky cats didn't want to eat their food with this product. I was able to get one to eat it on alternate days, but never all 3. The process for working with Customer Service for refunds was straight forward and easy. They replied very quickly to all my concerns. The only reason for not 5 stars is I was very much hoping my aging cats would like this product, but no luck.

Yes, I've been giving this to my 2 cats, and I'm not sure if they could taste it or what, but one cat of mine is constantly throwing up now since I've been giving him this, so I think I'm going to have to pass. For reordering, thank you.
