No Transparency with shipping or company. State they are in U.S.A but shipped from China..still have not received and customer service has made no attempt to resolve my issue and since I called them out on shipping from CHINA they won't respond! Beware

Didn't subscribe to recurrent shipments, but they billed me for an order which i did not place. Pain in the ass.

I did not sign up for subscription yet they continue to send items. And not just monthly but every 2-3 weeks. They keep offering a % to keep. I request return information. They say returns are costly because I have to pay the shipping and then there is a restock fee. For an item that THEY shipped without my permission. I had to contact my bank to stop there charges. Horrible company taking advantage of the billion dollar pet market. 😥😥😥

No way to contact these people as they don’t respond to emails. Made a one time purchase and emailed them that it was a one time purchase and still was shipped another bottle. This is a predatory business with no ethics as I see hundreds of other people were scammed also. Don’t walk Run from happy wags

I am afraid to give this product to my cat. The labels on the jar are written so tiny that I can't make them out. It does not say your products name. No directions came with the product. I by

There was no scoop included so I cannot give a measured amount. I have tried all the "helpful hints" given and my cat will not eat it. The jar is MUCH SMALLER than pictured in the ad. I cannot even read the label it is so small. Delivery took a month! Tracking info was incorrect the whole time. One ad states late deliveries will receive a free gift and discount. After a month of waiting I should receive both and did not. Will not accept a return because it's open. Ad did not state that. How can I know it's no good if it's unopened?

Zero customer service. We have emailed multiple times and attempted to call with no answer either way. Our cat passed away in the time between we ordered this and it was delivered. Since we no longer have a cat we would like to return for a refund, which only seems right. Yet no response

I so wish I had checked the reviews on trust pilot before ordering this product for my cats. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I am not speaking about the product per se but the company claims to be from Texas it went overseas and took a month to receive it. Didn’t realize that the scoop was buried in the product so couldn’t use it until that was clarified. Apparently, when you order a jar, they automatically put you on an auto subscription and I have been charged 34.95 twice on September 22 and once today. Remember, I’ve only received one jar and it took a month from Texas. They do not answer their phone so everything is by email. I cannot speak for the product itself, but I certainly can speak for the company taking advantage of potential customers. I’m still waiting for an answer but I will not be a future potential customer. I agree with all the other one star reviews as it mirrors my own experience with this company.
