The staff were very helpful with suggestions for me when my 3 picky cats didn't want to eat their food with this product. I was able to get one to eat it on alternate days, but never all 3. The process for working with Customer Service for refunds was straight forward and easy. They replied very quickly to all my concerns. The only reason for not 5 stars is I was very much hoping my aging cats would like this product, but no luck.

my cat did not like the product..I requested a refund and was told that if I placed a review on this site I could have a 35% refund, which I appreciate..Cats can be very picky !

I received a very quick personal and empathetic response to my query. I am sure their products reflect this and expect that the product will be vey helpful for the pets who receive them

I had a misunderstanding about the correct price of this product, but once I reached out to customer service and explained it they quickly got back to me and resolved the issue! Excellent customer service:)

Overall the experience was decent. The product took awhile to ship and arrive and unfortunately my cat wouldn’t eat it. I reached out to customer service and was offered a partial refund, which was nice, and the customer service was polite.

I haven't received my order yet. So fast customer service is helping a lot.

My experience with the response from their customer service department has been good. While my picky eater did not care for the product itself. Their customer service department has been very responsive and willing to work to reund at least a portion of my cost and allow me to forgo return shipping charges which I appreciate

Unfortunately my finicky cat would not accept the product, but the Customer service was outstanding. Shout out for Russell for working with me for a fair resolution
