It came to be the same day I wrote. This type of customer service has won my heart and I highly recommend doing business with this amazing company.

Very easy to work with , professional and proficient . Needed to stop the subscription and it went very well .. love the product .. it is used for a 6 lb 15 year old chihuahua ,she is very picky and she took this without hesitation. It seemed to make a difference pretty quick ..

We have been waiting 3 weeks for our shipment. They claim to be made and shipped in the US, but when we looked at the tracking, it showed coming from China. Update: we just got our order and upon further investigation, we found that their headquarters is most likely based in Turkey or the UK and the address of the warehouse shows California but that address is tied to scam companies.

I purchased Happy Wags Taurine for my Aussie . I ordered 2 jars however, they placed me on recurring delivery and payment, and i received notice of a delivery that i had not ordered. Here is the problem.Happy Wags support email for correcting their auto delivery of ADDITIONAL product kicked back because the email address was not Valid .I would urge buyers to be aware of the Happy Wags recurring payment which i my opinion is a SCAM.

Update: now they claim shipping shows from China, but still made in US: "Tracking information can sometimes display locations or carrier facilities that are different from the product's manufacturing location because of how shipments are routed through our fulfillment and carrier networks." What a load of lies. It takes weeks to get to you, and tracking clearly states it comes from China. Do not trust this company. Liars. This is shipping from China. I only purchased since it was claimed made in USA. How can I trust the ingredients now?

I have not given this to my dogs. I ordered it several days ago, and I’m not questioning the delivery time, but I’m confused as to why the tracking says it was “international shipment release—import.” I thought this was a made in the USA product.

My dog was 10 in Dec 2025. Very active dog, I live on a ranch and fencing is for cattle, so barbed wire. Easy for dogs to go visit wherever they want to and was always busy looking for what should or shouldn't be where he was!! He always went with me to feed my horses. He had been diagnosed with a bit of an enlarged heart.He did the coughing thing, like something is coming up, so get ready... but it didn't. lol Knowing he had the problem, but wasn't severe, the ads I saw from Happy Wags mentioned the same things my dog was going though. I thought it would be great to get their product that has taurine in it that might help. I ordered two tubs of it. While waiting for that, the last week my dog seemed to cough more he was having trouble catching his breath from running at the PM feeding and it was hot outside. He was unsettled at bedtime, panting a lot. We were to go to the vet the next day. He passed during the night! I am still devastated. I contacted customer service, because what arrived, was their product the day after! I explained what happened, and they have been so nice to give me direction as to where to mail it back to for a refund and were very sorry for me as to what happened. Very nice people and I spoke, via email, to several. I wished I had had their product early on when I found out what my dog had going on with his heart. Everything their ad showed, my dog had. RIP Wild Willy.

I had questions pertaining to the auto delivery time frames. I got an almost immediate answer from Jerome which really surprised me. He explained the whole thing and suggested I do a 6 mo auto ship since my little girl is only 5lbs. I have to say I do a lot of online ordering but this customer service is the best I've come across. Looking forward to continuing my purchases with Happy Wags!!!!!
