I have contacted company because we have never received our product and want a comlete refund. I have not received an answer as of yet. I suspect this company is a scam.

Product stated it is "Made in USA" but ships from China. Update-after 17 days the product arrived. It had labels stuck over the original labels but could tell it was shipped from China to Los Angles, then relabeled and mailed via USPS. Jars are labeled "Made in USA". Against my better judgment I tried to feed it to my cats with their wet food several times and they would not touch it. I then gave them the wet food without the HappyWags and they ate it. Contacted HappyWags prior to opening the product for a return and they said no. Will now try to get them to honor their "60 Day Money-back Guarantee" but I doubt they will honor it. In my opinion this company is deliberatly hiding the fact that their product is coming from China and mislabel the jars to further this deceit. They refuse to allow me to return the unopened product and honor their stated "Money-back Guarantee". This was a $100 lesson for me, hope this helps others.

Shipments take a long time to get to your home because this company is shipping product from China and claiming it was made in the USA. China, the country that puts out more counterfeit products than anywhere in the world. There was no way I would put anything from this company in my Pets food because you have no clue what’s in it regardless of what their fake labels say. Once again, made in China, not going on my Pets food ever!

Ordered for my cat and took forever to get here which was the first clue. I ordered it because it said MADE IN THE USA. Should have noted the bogus web address A copycat site. When I finally got it I saw it was from YENWEN EXPRESS With a a Chinese tracking number. Product still said made in USA. I threw it in the TRASH!!! Not giving to any pet of mine!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They signed me up for a subscription I never signed up for and they make it impossible to cancel it. The product made my dog very sick. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Got a bit overwhelmed by the subscription process & cancelled by emailing their customer service - very quick & helpful response, if only all customer services was like this. Yet to find out if the Taurine is helping my 15 year old lab as she's not been on it long enough yet

I ordered Happy Wags AIM, it was bundled with Liquid Collagen which I didn't want but there was no way to just get AIM It was supposed to be made IN USA and shipped from USA. IT WAS SHIPPED FROM CHINA. When I questioned customer service, they lied and said it wasn't from China. They sent me a bogus USPS tracking number that was never traceable. I never received anything. It's been 12 days. I disputed the charge on my credit card and got my money back. DON'T ORDER FROM HAPPY WAGS.

Ignorant company using AI-generated FAKE sob stories to make people buy CRAP products that their pets DON'T NEED. Utter trash and should be shut down.
