Sadly, this company will add you to a subscription. I was very careful when I ordered not to subscribe. I got my product three weeks late and after a week of delivery I was notified that I had more product on the way. I have notified them to come to a remedy by letting me return the product and removing it from my credit card. So far, I’ve had no luck. Also no phone number or address for this company. I was just received my third delivery. And no one wants to deal with it.

UPDATE: They got back with me and offered a 50% refund. Better but still not good enough. They informed me that it was finally in transit. I had placed 2 different orders and one actually delivered rather quickly but the cs kept confusing the delivered order with the one that was super late. I finally received the collagen order yesterday but I'm still waiting on the dental chews I ordered with the collagen order. I still probably won't order from them again. I'd give them a zero if I could. I ordered their liquid collagen supplement on August 25th. They sent me a text so I could track. The shipping still isn't updated as of today September 10th. Have tried to get information and all I get are apologies and we're working on this. Finally I had enough and requested a refund. They will refund 30% of my order or dock my refund by 3% on every item ordered and I have to pay shipping back to them when I don't even know if product has been shipped. If this isn't a scam I don't know what is.

Don’t buy is a ripoff, in there adds shows a tub the size of a coffee mug,well what I got is the size of a tea cup and only half full, no scoop in either container took about 3 weeks to get it, probably came from china 🇨🇳

DO NOT BUY!!!! Absolutely horrible experience. It's been over 12 days since I've ordered my product and it still says awaiting for a carrier to pick it up. Support team has not reached out after emailing them. A waste of $68.

Parasitic company relying on bot advertising telling the same story on different pages to lure you in late at night when you're worried about your fur baby. They sneak in a subscription service when you first place an order, which is awful, and another weird charge that I'm not sure is actually a charity thing or a way to have another charge open on your card. Just don't. Don't. Don't.

i placed an order on 20th August for Happy Wags dog product and paid. After a couple of weeks i tried to chase them regarding my delivery. Was told they were moving inventory to larger warehouse and orders were taking a little longer. The tracking sysrem they use is totally useless and is never updated always advises waiting to courier to collect. I finally got goods delivered on 7th September but they had sent the wrong goods ibstead of dog Happy Wags they had sent Happy Wags for cats which is absolutely of no use to me whatsoever. i have sent photographic evidence back to them on rheir customer support e maul but cannot get a response back from them and are being totally ignored. they may have a good product and they advertise frequently on facebook but their service leaves an awful lot to be desired. i cannit review the product as it doesnt look as though im ever going to get it. I have seen your reply you have already had photographs of incorrect goods and supposedly arranged a replacement which has still not been received. Why will you not answer my e mails have you ever heard of customer support. In fact I would say your customer support in non existent you may have a good product but everything else about your company needs a lot of work AM I EVER GOING TO GET MY GOODS ITS BEEN NEARLY A MONTH SINCE I PLACED AND PAID FOR MY ORDER AND TO DATE STILL NO PRODUCT RECEIVED

I ordered this product thinking it would help my poodles. Unfortunately for me they put me on autoship and they charged me for the next order( I had just received my first order) the very next day. I contacted support and they said they were sorry but the 2nd order had already shipped. I'm trying to cancel my subscriptions so far they haven't replied. Buyers Beware, I think I got scamed.

This company is impossible to cancel an inadvertent subscription. Contacted them several times by email, no response. Subsequently I have to cancel the credit card I used to unintentionally subscribed instead of placing a one time order. Terrible customer service.
