I reached out to their support team within a couple of hours of placing the order to update/correct the order. It’s been 5 days, and the order was shipped / delivered incorrectly. Since then I reached out again at least 3-4 times and absolutely no response. It feels like a huge SCAM. At this point I doubt the quality of the product itself - and I decided NOT to use any of it and ask for my money back. If the company is a scam, how can the product be anything else?

I was asked for a review. I placed my order 6 weeks ago. I tried to cancel, (since my cat passed away) but haven't heard back from customer service yet. Maybe I'll update once I receive the product.

I am still waiting for my first shipment one month after placing the order. The company is trying to charge me for another order before I've even received the first one. I just want to cry. I was really hoping this would be good and they're not even getting it to me.

I am so thankful for HappyWags! This product was just what I was looking for and just what my dogs need. Because my dogs are large, they need this product. It mixes great in their food and I am so glad to be able to purchase this. Thank you for this product!!

Buyer beware of this company. I placed my order on 7/20/26 and haven’t received anything from them. I’ve sent emails with no response. It’s like they take the money and run is their company policy. They have no customer service phone number so you can’t speak to anyone. I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and my CC company to try to get my money refunded. All I can say is STAY CLEAR of these thieves.🤬

The associate at HappyWags was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate that kind of customer service. Just so happens both our names are Marie which made the interaction even more delightful.

A real, live customer service representative contacted me right after I completed my order. An actual human being! One doesn't encounter professional customer service often these days, and to interact with a real human - that's the best! The service was terrfic!!! Keep doing what you're doing. The personal touch sets you apart from competitors. I look forward to trying the products. If the products are as good as your customer service then I will be very happy.

On their website it says their orders ship out in 2 days, that is a complete lie. they don't ship out for at least 3 weeks. When you email them to tell them that your order still hasn't shipped out they feed you a line "we had so many new orders due to the sale that we're running and we only make small batches and so there's a shipping delay" it's been over a month since I've ordered and I'm still waiting. This is the second time I've ordered and it's the same BS this time around to. I've emailed them several times (5) as they do not have a customer service phone number and I have only received two replies and no results. I honestly will never order from this company ever again.
