This product and reviews were touted as being the best thing for a dog with a cough stemming from CHF. Its been just over a week and I barely notice much change at all. There is some, but I am disappointed. My poor guy still coughs and im very sad this didnt work any better than the "fake" products" on Amazon.

My cat wouldn’t touch her food once I put the correct amount of your powder on. I’ve been asking for a refund but haven’t heard anything back. I also thought I only bought one and now I see another one is being charged. So I’m gathering I was suckered into a prescription. I need to cancel

I ordered a reoccurring supply on August 12, 2026. It is now September 22, 2026. I have not yet received the first order and they have already charged me for the 2nd order. I contacted "customer service" on August 29, 2026 to find out what the delay was and asked when I could expect delivery of the first order. I emailed them again on September 29, 2026 and have not gotten a reply. The tracking showed my first order in Orlando. If it doesn't show up today I will cancel the subscription via my bank and their website. Truly this has been the worst I've ever seen with an on line order.

Terrible customer service. I tried to cancel my subscription for weeks without any luck. I still don’t know if it is canceled or not. Product took forever to ship. If I am charged this month, I will report them to my bank as fraud.

On 9-03-26 I was charged 34.95 for a jar of Happy Wags Taurine. On 9-07-26 I was charged $34.95 for a jar of Happy Wags Taurine and $19.59 for the second. I have received only one jar of the product ,and had to get my credit card company involved to get that.
