We lost our mini dachshund Bobby Hicks Friday…….we thought he was getting better but instead his heart was getting worst…. His brother our Norwegian Lundehund Frank Thomas is devastated as is our family….i have 2 unopened containers? Can I get a refund?

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. It's been almost 4 weeks and I haven't received my order yet. I contacted their support dept and no reply. Their customer service is extremely poor if it even exists at all.

i just placed my order but i immediatley got a text asking more about my cats. this company seems to TRULY care about their health, and so far, this is the only company to ever reach out to me making sure this is the right path for my cats. i can’t appreciate that enough

I ordered your product over 6 weeks ago. The tracking still shows it isn’t soon to be delivered. I texted and asked 2 weeks ago to cancel the order as we are snow birds and go home in September but was told it was too late to cancel. Leaving in 6 days and no product. Never buy from this vendor. I will have to work with my credit card to get my refund. Ugh!
