Quick delivery and a great product. Everything was exactly as expected (dimensions, quality, etc). My only complaint is that it was a little difficult to assemble by myself. Another set of hands would have helped, but I managed after about an hour and a few cuss words, lol.

The gothic tree I got from here has been amazing! All our cats adore it, it was easy to assemble, great quality and love the bat toys.

Cats love this clean and modern cat tower! When we adopted two new kitties we really didn't want a large carpeted tower in the middle of the living room. But when one of the cats started climbing the curtains, we knew we needed something. This cat tower fits right in with our living space, is not an eye sore, and is used constantly by both cats. We are glad we spent a little more money to not have something we were always itching to get rid of.

Very good and timely communication regarding the arrival of my product. Also, they did a wonderful job rendering my granddaughter's totally black cat. I was afraid his lack of contrasting colors would result in a "blob" but we got a great stamp that she is enjoying very much.

I never received my item - assuming the address was entered incorrectly but when I emailed, customer service never responded. I didn’t reach out to modify the address I asked if it was returned to see if I could then modify the address - I don’t expect a new product to be shipped out even though the address got messed up somewhere along the line.

Overpriced but I do like the items I got on the site but the word POST was crooked and I emailed them several times. At first they were saying they they didn't understand what I was saying which it was pretty straight forward so I sent a pic of what I was talking about and then they stopped emailing me back and not it won't me email them. Ok items but bad customer service!
