The cat tree was so pretty and vibrant! My cat loves it! Only complaint I have is that the package came torn opened on one side, cat tree was not damaged though.

Looks great, but the top portion is very wobbly when my cats are jumping from leaf to leaf to get to the top.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I did not get any emails for shipping confirmation or any sort of updates. I only found out it shipped when I ended up checking the order confirmation link after some time had passed. Otherwise, the stamp is amazing and everything I could have hoped for!

I ordered the Astronaut Cat Water Fountain and the Astronaut Cat Bowl. Both are super cute and the water fountain surprisingly works well! From previous reviews I read that people had to place a straw in to the water dispenser to get the water flowing. Which I did have to do myself but after a few uses I noticed it was no longer necessary. I wish the water fountain came with instructions on how to assemble, care and information on how often the filter needs to be changed. It comes alone in the box. Otherwise it's adorable and functional!

Terrible experience with the first shipping service they used, but once I contacted them directly and not through the shipping service things were corrected and I got the litter very quickly.

There's nothing wrong with the litter, its great! However, I'll have to wait until more scents are available. I'm sure some people like the sweet, coconut-like smell, but I generally don't like the smell of sweet/food mixed with cat poop. I much prefer more refreshing smells. So I'll just wait until more options are made.

I love everything I get from you. I didn’t expect a crying tiger fountain because I had literally never seen it on the site, but my cat is orange, so we have come to like the design.

The condos are pretty good! The instructions on one was hella SUS and wild but we got there in the end. My biggest issue was when I tagged the company in a cute instagram story of my cat on her new condo, an AI system immediately responded asking how it could help. A human wouldve known it was just hype but it was really off putting and it followed up in a gross way that a human wouldn’t have done.
