Happy & PollyReviews of happyandpolly.com

Great site for cute items for your cats and pets! I ordered a ceramic flower cat bowl during the holidays and it arrived on time. Super cute and my cat has been using it ever since. Will definitely order more items in the future.

I ordered a cat tree for $114 back in November. They said it would arrive between the 22nd and 23rd. I waited until the second week of December and they still hadn't shipped it. I asked the ETA, and customer service brushed me off. They claimed a MUCH later arrival date than what I was initially told, speaking to me like I was the one who had made an error, even though I had the confirmation email claiming the correct past due arrival date. They basically told me to wait for it and leave them alone. Then I asked for a cancellation and refund, and they curtly told me they would issue it within 3 to 5 days. 5 days later, no refund had come, so I filed a dispute with Paypal. Happy and Polly then lied in their statement to Paypal that what I had made was a pre-order and pretending they would be happy to now cancel my order, pretending like I hadn't already confirmed a cancelation days prior. When I provided the emails to Paypal that plainly showed the company was lying about both things, Happy and Polly stopped responding. I am still in the middle of escalating the claim with Paypal and trying to get a refund for the money they stole from me. If it is not resolved promptly, I will be filing a claim with the FTC. My cats have been without a tree for about a month now and I cannot afford to buy one for them until I am refunded the money that was stolen from me.

You know what, I’ve never ordered from this company and never will. They had promotional stuff all over my Facebook and email for a ‘Black Friday flash sale’ and all items under a certain category were marked 10.00 a piece. What they didn’t say was that only included a couple of the items listed in that very section, the rest were 60.00 USD. I woke up at 2 am to try and snag a deal for my cat and I was left with nothing to show for it. They also advertised certain colored cat trees and such for this, but the cuter ones were UK only or already sold out in the US. Why leave those up? To make your advertising better even though they knew that people couldn’t possibly get them. I say this as someone who knows how to spot potential scams/dishonesty and has been raised on the internet. Happy and Polly does a very good job of hiding these facts and even had a rep on FB replying to people and telling them these items were 10 bucks as well as assuring them that the sold out items would be restocked before this flash sale. They’re dishonest, so I would strongly consider whether anything they sell or promote is legitimate. Overall, I was genuinely curious about this site and hated that there weren’t many reviews on it anywhere. Take what you want from this. I’ve never ordered from them, but all around dishonest and deceptive. They lost a potential costumer and I wouldn’t even recommend that you bother with their “deals”. There are just between the line rules that don’t actually save you very much in the long run. Gross and inconsiderate. Stop with the fake marketing.
