Gothic cat tree 5stars! But the gothic water fountain 3 stars. I’ve had it for about a month already. As cute as it is it doesn’t seem to hold the water it has a slow leak somewhere and I can’t find it. I wish it worked better or I could fix it somehow since I threw out my cats out fountain.

The coconut cat tree I received was unstable, poorly made and unusable as a cat climbing toy. The base wasn’t Heavy enough and anytime a cat jumped on it it would just tip over. It was very wobbly and overall unsafe. I immediately reached out to customer service, and they were very polite and Very nice but made me jump through a bunch of hoops, including pictures, videos, and more videos to finally get them to agree to send me a new item which I have not received yet. Hopefully it’ll be better than the first one I received, However I don’t know how, unless the base is made out of something totally different and the craftsman ship is greatly improved. This item was unusable and waste of money.

They resolved my issues quickly and sent me a replacement for one of the parts that arrived broken. The cat tree is truly gorgeous and has been holding up well. My pet loves it so much!

I purchased the Crown Cat Tree almost a year ago. I love it and my cats LOVE it. I previously wrote a review on the tree but recently I contacted customer service and communicated with Evelyn. I just purchased an extra set of pads because I wanted an extra round cushy bed for the cat tree. Evelyn provided excellent customer service; she made sure the order was going to be the items I wanted. The order was just made yesterday, so I haven't received it yet, but I would definitely order from Happy & Polly again. The tree and the pads are of superior quality; it looks great in my home; the cats are constantly using it and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you!

They have a very shady return policy. I recently purchased an item, discovered it was too small after assembly part of it - completely unused. And even then, they would not accept the return, I think this company is a drop shipping scam.

I've made 3 purchases & have loved all of them. Unique items, good prices, & shipping is SUPER fast!

I purchased a surprise box and it was packed full of wonderful toys and accessories, and the box turned into the cutest little cat house. The kitties all love the toys. I was disappointed that the scratch it that was part of the box was missing, so I reached out to customer care and they were very helpful. They offered to send me a gift certificate, which I appreciated. When I shared I planned to purchase one of the wands that was in the box so the cats would have a second one, they offered to send me one of those instead. I very much appreciated that offer. The wand came just the other day and my two kittens are obsessed. Even the less active older cat cannot resist it. The quality of the items in the box made the purchase well worth it, and Happy & Polly’s customer service was very easy to work with. If you see a surprise box on sale, I would say try it! It’s worth it.

The tree came with three options for configurations. The first one unfortunately didn't work for my Maine coons, even though it was steady enough (just not enough head clearance when jumping) so I will reassemble it into two smaller trees instead of one large one. It is solid, high quality product and easy to put together.
