Happy & PollyReviews of happyandpolly.com

This cat tree is beautiful. I have spent hours searching for the right tree. It is made of wood and has a very nice look to it. The quality is great; very sturdy. No complaints whatsoever. I like it so much I wish I could play on it. I have two shelter cats. The one is loving the top views. He loves the crown and holds court on a daily basis. He likes the cushy 2nd top as well as the middle level and the condo. The other cat we just got in May. He's not sure about it yet, but he goes on the lower levels to look outside and hasn't meandered further up the castle yet. It was pretty easy to put together. I could have used a little more written instructions, but I got it done. I'd like to know if I can purchase an extra cushion for the level above the hammock? Thank you for a cat tree that looks great and makes the kitties (at least the one for now) very happy!

My cats love their ice cream tree! It’s whimsy, cute, and delicious at the same time! Shipping was quick, and easy to assemble! Thank you Happy & Polly for making a treat for my cats to enjoy. P.S. We volunteer up at our local cat shelter. That’s how I found this company. Someone graciously donated a tree! It was the best made scratcher that wasn’t ripped to shreds!

Excellent quality, quick shipment

I absolutely love the stamps you can have made with your dog on them. I am ordering my second stamp of my newest puppy. The stamps add a special touch to cards & even my students’ papers!! The quality is exceptional!!

Item was very cute and came out exactly like the photo. However one of the 4 prongs to the popsocket came broken and so the popsocket comes off and doesn’t stay on the attachment piece very well. Website said no refunds or replacements for customized items so dissatisfied.

::thumbs up::

My package never showed up :(

I got a customized popsocket of my cat's face and I'm obsessed! I was worried because in the picture I sent part of one ear was cut off from the way I had to crop it, but they made that ear full and match the other! Her face is just slightly larger than normal pop socket faces so you get to see every detail in her fur markings! The face peice can easily be removed if you wanted to order multiple pets and interchange them on your phone. Also makes my phone super diverse so it's never going to get mistaken for someone else's. It took about a month to get it but well worth the wait and I would 100% order more items from here!
